Why are people indignant about Miller?

It's simple.
You heard some kind of news about Miller being tangentially involved in something that you expected would lead to him being kicked off the team and hopefully neutering this team.
Perhaps it's because you really did want Bama out of the way to the benefit of your team. But we all know that's not likely. It's more likely your team sucks and has really no shot doing anything this season even if Bama was somehow eliminated and out of your way.
or ... and I propose you really wanted to stick it to Bama and their "obnoxious" "superior-minded" "smug" fans. You really wanted to get back at them. You hated their national titles and if it wasn't enough that Bama is still the premier football program in the country, somehow they are now #1 in the #2 college sport in the country. Damn, that's just not fair is it? It would have been good to get back at them. I get it.
But then you found out that the kid broke no laws and no AG in Tuscaloosa or indeed anywhere else in the rest of America would be able to charge him with anything and it crushed you. It really did. You were counting on being able to get back at those smug Bama fans but it all fell apart. And you can't handle it.

Seriously bro, if it ever comes back proven that he told Miller I'm going to kill someone and I want my gun to do it and Miller says, sure I'll bring it -- if that ever happens, then I'll be the first person asking for Miller to be arrested and tried for accessory to murder.
