I think they are confusing the old Les Miles DS for the new O hating DS. I'm not sure if DS hates O or Trump more at this point.

It's just a weird emotional time right now for LSU that has some of the Fringe all worked up.
Jimbo's hire at Texas A&M is bringing back memories of last year's coaching search. The season wrapped up with two or three significant Mulligan game storylines, and, of course, the regular season winner of a major one lost out in the post-season for one and went from contender to "Peach Bowl vs. A Non-power 5 for a bowl game" overnight. Bama backed into another championship opportunity without winning their division. Les is up for a new job in the SEC. Their cross division rival may finally be getting back on track. There is competition in the West aside from Bama, etc. That is a lot of scar tissue to pick at and emotions to deal with for some. Coupled with typical holiday stress, it may have broken a couple temporarily.
Fortunately, they got a good bowl and big match up. But, if Bama wins and ND upsets the Tigers, it may break the system for a few days.
Now this is a great post and a perfect example of how this board is supposed to work...

Nick Saban and they have beaten us every year since 2011 and in the important game of 2011. It’s pretty sad though how much lsu fans worry about bama and I’m a diehard lsu fan.

Because Saban is there. It would be tough for a former head coach to be at another division school, and end up beating your team 21-0 in the NC game.
Heck, they still can't get over Bama getting the rematch for it. Who the hell wants to claim a championship if you're scared to play someone again?

I'm not obsessed with Bama...I just hope that they finish the regular season with a 11-1 record every year, with the 1 being from LSU.
So far that is not working out so well for me.
