Watching NFL Fantasy Live on the NFL Network and it's way better than the ESPN fantasy show or any other show on ESPN. TNT's basketball studio show is 10 times better than anything ESPN. MLB Network studio shows beat the hell out of ESPN.

All of these different networks with a fraction of ESPN's budget, and their studio shows are all way better and way less cringe-worthy than ESPN. The way that ESPN producers actively encourages analysts to yell at the camera and gesticulate and intentionally act like lunatics (Ryan Clark for example) is just bizarre and hard to watch.

frick ESPN basically.

ESPN is losing money fast and is cutting corners in an attempt to save. Disney is desperately seeking a partner with money to buy into ESPN.

What would happen to the SEC TV deal if ABC and ESPN were split?

No cap. If something doesn’t change (soon) the B1G is gonna leave us in the dust in the next 5-10 years.

They have a better media deal.
They will be making more money.
They will have 3 networks pushing the shite out of their product.

That will lead to getting better players at some point..

In before.. who is “us” well soon, “we” is “us” and I wanna kick their asses.. I don’t know the solutions, but WE are going to kick Michigan’s arse next September at the big house.

Step up ESPN!
You clearly know how to do it since you have MNF..

Texas will be great in the SEC because ESPN views the alternative as an existential threat. Going to be lots of complaining about the refs carrying our water.

I like Scott Van Pelt's show Bad Beat$.

Other than that it's the same old thing: hype, speculate, debate, second guess, trash...repeat.

ESPN is garbage. Other than actual sports, there is absolutely nothing worth watching on that channel. I can't stand any of ESPN's personalities. Buncha douchebags.

ETA: Who in their right mind would ever care what Stephen A Smith has to say? I'll never understand it. HIghest paid personality there and he's a waste of oxygen.

Very high quality production value back when they had Reese, Lou Holtz and Mark May on College Football Final.

Now it looks like a 80s episode of Sesame Street.

ESPN looked at the 24 hour news channel model and said, That looks like a good idea. Then they began to invest more in talking heads while cutting corners in covering actual sports. Finally, they began spending an inordinate amount of time covering race, sexual orientation, and gender issues, which in turn alienated a whole bunch of their original audience.

I miss the 90s when ESPN’s daytime programming consisted of replays of Sportscenter. They didn’t do politics, the anchors were funny, and the games themselves were the main focus.
