Do you not grasp that the field-level footprint at Kyle is MUCH smaller than the equivalent footprint at the Cotton Bowl?

At the Cotton Bowl, there are hundreds (perhaps thousands) of square feet to spare for things like a livestock pen. At Kyle, that space is simply not available.

I just did a quick comparison, using Google Earth measuring tools. The field-level footprint at Kyle is approximately 95,000 square feet, versus approximately 113,000 square feet at the Cotton Bowl.

That is an extra area of almost 20,000 square feet to find a safe place to put a pen for Bevo.

At DKR, Bevo has a purpose-built pen that is technically at field level, but that is actually set about halfway back inside a tunnel ... such that he is completely out-of-the-way versus the football game itself.
