I think it's gonna be Miles.

While it is inevitable that at some point, probably decades from now, some as yet unknown (and probably yet unborn) LSU coach will finally allow the streak to end and get fired, and rightfully so (no LSU coach should ever lose to Mississippi State), I doubt Miles will live long enough to get Dan-handled.

you guys didn't even clear 20 last time in Starkville vs. Dan and that was the best team in your school's history.

Sorry...it's Miles time. You are in stage 1 of the 5 stages of grief.

The best MSU team of the last 30 years needed a phantom TD gifted to them in the final seconds to squeak out a 1-point win in Starkville against a 3-8 LSU team in 1999 for your only win in the last 21 years. And you're thumping your chest over a 2-touchdown loss at home two years ago. That's why the streak will not end any time soon.

Tyson Lee was inches away in 2009. This year, he will have his revenge. His tiny, little revenge.

No question. I still wake up in the middle of the night shouting, "Give the ball to Dixon!"

Your moral victory after this year: "At least Merlins rid us of that grass-eating, trickplay-calling, mad hat-wearing Miles who only wins us 10 games a year."
