Another question, who do you think gets more carries this year, Mason or Payne?
Do you think that one of them will be a 20-25 carry a game guy, or that they will probably share the workload pretty evenly?
Not sure. I think they'll split. CAP was definitely a bright spot on the offense though. He should turn some heads this fall.

TIFWIW...his juco coach compared him to Ell Roberson and Michael Bishop at KSU.

UGA fans deserve those digs since 30% of the SEC West will be starting a QB that was kicked out of UGA this fall.
I agree. These schools thieving our exiled players is not right. I'm actually mad that we have to play two guys at the QB position that are our former players. I hope we don't get raped by one of them.

My money would be on Molestenberger. For obvious reasons.

Until they come to AU...then Chette brings them under his wing and the Lord shines his grace and glory upon thier heads ridding them of the sinful ways they learned in Athens and Gainseville.
Gus be thy name.

Not Auburn's fault that Mark Richt has lost control of the SEC.

Gus should have exactly what he wants in a QB with Jeremy Johnson, that kid is the real deal. I watched a lot of his games at Carver. He'll need a red-shirt year, but he will be gold for Gus in another couple of years IMO.

We're like the Betty Ford Clinic of the SEC. Send us all of your bad seeds and we'll cure them back to health.

Is the cure money?
I bet it's money...

I think Payne will ultimately have more carries. The kid is legit. .

Hard to say, they're kind of the same back really. Nothing special, neither are burners or really shifty, no fireworks, just solid grinders
I disagree. I think CAP is better in space and will be the better back of the two. When people compared CAP to Tate, I have to agree (maybe not as powerful, but a little more shifty when needed). Mason is a workhorse and will grind. I believe Cap is on a little bit higher level from what I saw at ADay anyway. I hope this season proves me correct.
Eta: I have to give Mason this. He was not 100% for ADay. I could tell his ankle was giving him problems.
