You can't really compare eras. Besides that, Boucher played defense and Gump was mainly a kick/punt returner.
They were both great players and deserve a spot on the all-time list.

3. beat up tons of jenny's boyfriends
4. served 4 years active duty in the military
5. loved his mom and wife and had a badass kid
6. can run clear across the continental US
7. CEO of a shrimp boat/business
8. had his best friend die in his arms
9. ping pong mf'ing champion
10. and i mean, Lt. Dan was his other buddy.
