Mock drafts still have Fromm as a first rounder

Carson Beck is our QB for 2021 and beyond

I dont even think Fromm is draftable. He has USFA written all over him to me. Kid has a noodle arm.

Don't think there's much chance Fromm leaves now. If he had progressed off the second half of last year, it had a good chance, but odds aren't great now.
Beyond that, it is starting to be unclear outside of what everyone else has said. But in the transfer portal era, if the guys that are on campus aren't looking as good, that can be fixed.

This is why you’re not an NFL scout, but just another dumbass with a dumbass opinion.
Current NFL draft status has Fromm late first to early second round. Guess they haven’t consulted with you yet?

However, his stock has pretty much reached its peak and staying will likely just do damage (to his body) than it will to grab more attention. He's clearly a good Quarterback.
Strongly disagree. He's regressed this season, badly. Some of it you can blame on Coley and the new WR group but, just watching his footwork, timing, accuracy, reads, etc., you can see he has not progressed, at all. He's gone backwards.
Don't get me wrong, I think Jake has a future in the NFL but any mock that shows him going in the 1st or 2nd round is just plain wrong. Unless the Bears pull another Trubisky and draft Fromm way too high, no team will touch him with that valuable of a pick.
He needs more seasoning and needs to get his head right. He looks worse now than he did as a freshman.

I think what you’re touching on is the observation that Fromm hasn’t played with confidence virtually at all this year. As a freshman, he had a bravado and a confidence that allowed him to take shots and grow. As a sophomore he was making similar throws. But this season the lack of trust he has in his receivers and a bizarre fear of turning the ball over hve caused the regression you’re seeing. He’s 100% in his own head right now

Fromm in the rare situation where a good senior season actually makes him money in the long run.
I think he stays.
Beyond that its Beck or any number of kids - either a future transfer or current HS kid. Nothings set in stone.

I don't think he actually benefits from staying and I don't think NFL scouts are ignorant enough to say that they don't think he can be drafted in an early round
I think his hand size and poor performance in rain games will scare the hell out of NFL scouts. NFL QBs have to be able to play in bad weather in December and January.

Either Jake Fromm or Jake Bentley, please god let it be the prior.

That is unbelievable
Not really. NFL teams will always reach a round or two higher for a QB.

Agree with every word. He used to be phenomenal anticipating and leading receivers, even in tight windows. This season it seems almost like he's waiting for receivers to get open and then reacting. You can't be an effective qb when you're out there reacting; you have to anticipate. That's a sign of a lack of confidence.
That said, he has nothing to lose this Saturday. I expect him to sling it again and have a good game.

I think he straight up doesn’t trust any of his receivers to run their routes properly and he’s not wrong to feel that way based on what I’ve seen. I don’t know if that’s a youth issue or a Hankton issue

After this season I would have imagined he dropped further unless he can light the world on fire for these last games of the season. They're not reaching higher for a 50% passer who can't pass to the right.

And what a game that was!!

And it’ll cost you when you do turn it over because you can’t get over 50% completion percentage.
Yet he has a 62% comp percentage this year.
