Gatewood. Nix. You have a couple coming down the pike. I could see Georgia, Auburn or LSU winning it, but LSU is a bit farther away right now.

Well, you do know close. Congrats on that I guess.

I could see Kiffin coming into the SEC as well the next couple of years

Why do people think this is such a big deal.

Oh trust me, several teams will win it multiple times over the next 37 years.

Georgia is set up the best right now but they still have a young head coach with 2 years of experience with one great year and one bad year . Auburn is right behind them but mainly because of the division they play in . Last year may have been Georgia’s best chance with UF and Tennessee being horrible.
A&M and UF made coaching changes that could put them in the discussion in 2-3 years .

You really think y'all are that far ahead of us?
We spanked y'all. Y'all spanked us. Doesn't seem like that much of a difference

No I don't believe we are that far ahead of y'all, but we have a lot easier path next year then y'all do. This thread isn't about who the better team is, that will get settled on the field next year

Georgia is the only answer. Auburn....could possibly with their luck.
Nobody else is even in the conversation in the near future. Ole miss won't make a bowl game, lsu and Florida are 7 win teams and state does 8 or 9. A&m Is the team I'm most intrigued in watching.

Was that the same luck that turned the 2017 Iron Bowl into an embarrassing bloodbath that wasn’t as close as the score indicated?
Just curious.

I’d like UGA to win one, but we all know that’s not what UGA does.

Not sure what you mean. I mean, we did win the East and the SEC, so we capitalized on Florida and Tennessee being bad.

Auburn could make a good run at it this year. Aggies in a couple years
