In a live environment, I was at the 2005 UT/OSU game where Vince Young played. He was an fing freak and one of those guys who you watched and just marveled at.

That game is still one of my favorite games in CFB. Great setting, atmosphere, and a memorable finish.

Just because he took a hot, steamy shite on Alabama does not mean he's in the elite category.

Throwing under 50% completion and 0 TDs in a national championship against a real defense isn't something to jump up & down about.

To live in a world of "almosts".

So sad.

Respectable choice.

His son will be at LSU in a few years, Jamie must be proud.

Elway.

Thanks to Stanford's D, he always had the opportunity to be a hero. He led an epic comeback in the Big Game, which all Stanford fans remembered for about three minutes, before "the Play".

Three immediately come to mind:

Johnny Manziel (A&M)
Kordell Stewart (Colorado)
Scott Frost (Nebraska)

Archie. Put him in today's offenses & he would hold all the records. Except for Joe's.

Agreed.

I was bored an re-watched The Book of Manning the other day - safe to say he was far more athletic than his two Super Bowl winning sons..

In person? Either Chris Weinke or Michael Bishop. Maybe Eric Crouch.

Isn’t the talk on the street that Cooper’s son, Arch, is better than all of ‘em?
