Going to the Okie St @ WVU game. I have no rooting interest in either and I don't live near WV. Me and a couple buddies pick a different place every year to just go for the hell of going.

Great idea. A few years ago i wanted to see a stadium I knew UGA would never go to, so I picked the 2 or 3 weekends UGA played crappy teams (taht I wouldn't mind missing) then looked across the country for the best games. I ended up taking a solo trip to Columbus for a top 10 game between OSU and MSU that MSU won on a last second FG and I had an absolute blast. Going by myself was pretty cool because I didn't have to be on anyone else's schedule, and got to hang out with some nice OSU folks from the MSB.

Y'all should plan to keep doing that as long as you're able.

Going to LA for A&M vs. UCLA and Gainesville for A&M vs. Floriday. Passing on Arkansas (can't stand Jerryworld), Ole Miss (been 3 times) and LSU (been twice for football and twice for baseball).

I'd like to go to AU/Clemson, but tickets on StubHub are ridiculous.

It's a helluva place to watch a football game.

I went to the Bama - USC game there last year. In my opinion it is a typical modern domed stadium. Nothing incredible stood out. If you enjoy standing in a parking lot when it's 110 degrees to tailgate, you'll love it. Campus stadiums are much better for the atmosphere and you can at least walk in shaded areas and visit the campus before kick-off.

Heading to Gainesville for the second time.

I may be going. If I can find some gator I will bring a small rig, a number 10, and make some gumbo in the parking lot.

It is supposed to be 80 for the high and 62 for the low. They said there may be a few puffy clouds and a breeze. I hope they don't bail again.

I went to the Cotton Bowl in 2015 and thought it was pretty fantastic. It's not on campus but it's a great venue to watch a football game.
