Yea. A&M and LSU are rivals and it's easily noticeable on the board

LSU's rival is whoever we are playing that week. All are standing in the way to our greatness and must be squashed.

LSU doesn’t have a rival - A&M denied their rivalry application

I agree.

Losing 8 of 10 doesn't go very far towards building a rivalry.

Celebrate your victory with some Gatorade, it’s well deserved

Tennessee isn't Bama's rival any more.

I think it was Gene Stallings that said, "If you don't think rivalry games are important, try losing one."

It is actually kool-aid, but they are too embarrassed to admit it.

LSU is obsessed with Alabama, so it’s gotta be the Tide.

All of the LSU fans that I know don't give two shits about A&M.

If you’re 50-70 years old, A&M may be viewed in that light. Otherwise, we haven’t played them enough in this generation for most fans to view them that way. A&M did come in this conference seeking a replacement for Texas to hate, and we were the most natural replacement for them since we had more history with them than anyone else but Arkansas

the closest in the SEC is Ole Miss. wouldn’t really consider either a rival at this moment, though

I get what you are saying here and technically you are correct having beat us like five in a row and winning 8 of the last ten on the field. Just like any rivalry, both sides have to keep up their part. We haven’t. When we are good, the rivalry is fine, like the previous poster said about y’all rushing the field just a few years ago. Six of the last ten have been victories by more than two TDs with only one of them being an Ole Miss win to your point also. We have not done our part but I enjoy our game more than any other.

For comparison, Bama has won nine of ten against y'all with five being more then two TDs so the LSU OM rivalry is about even with the Bama LSU rivalry at this point.

It's actually a smart decision because 5% of every single Gatorade product sold goes straight to the UF athletic dept.

I’m from Memphis so I definitely have a disdain for Ole Miss most LSU fans my age don’t

They rushed the field at tiger stadium to celebrate beating Bo Wallace

Or LSU had just been blown out twice by Auburn and State (well for most of the game at least) and Ole Miss was ranked #3. We’ve rushed the field, at some point over time, against quite a few different teams. LSU rushed the field vs an AJ Suggs led Tennessee team too.
