Nope. Just people who deal with De'Vinner. That guy has been crooked his entire life. Dude drove a Lexus in college while his grandmother was supporting the family on about $400 a month in government money.

De'Vinner is a huge Alabama fan. In fact, he admits that he only started running 7-on-7 drills because his Andrew Bone, Alabama's Minister of Recruiting Propaganda, asked him to run the camps. He's from the Birmingham area and he runs camps not just in Memphis but in Birmingham and other areas as well.

Haha, so funny? I could easily post links from his interview where he admits Andrew Bone was the one that set him up to run 7-on-7.
Bone and De'Vinner go way back.

How did you get involved in coaching a 7-on-7 football team?
"Actually, it was two years ago. Scout.com contacted me about putting a team together. Andrew Bone, who is from the Alabama Scout.com site, asked me about putting a Tennessee team together to play in the Badger 7-on-7 in Birmingham, Alabama. At the time, I didn't know how it worked. And getting kids together to play teams from Georgia and Florida was was going to be really tough to do. But with the help of high school coaches in the West Tennessee area, including Memphis, it turned out to be really successful."
Bone and De'Vinner go way back.

And I don't give two shits about your question, so now you have your answer.

That's some pretty desperate googling. Tell me Roy, where in your post did it say he's a bama fan? After all, he played at UAB. You know how much those guys love UA. Hey, I have google too, here's another quote from a newspaper that interviewed him:
Lifelong auburn fan, confirmed.
Also, with him being such a big bama fan and all, maybe you could list the players he steered there that have recently suspiciously turned up ineligible, that might help. I'll hang up and listen.

As a youth, University of Auburn football star Bo Jackson met De’Vinner and influenced his life.

Trying to derail the thread again. He's an Alabama recruiting proxy out of Memphis. I told you exactly who he is in and pretty much in his own words. So don't get pissed because somebody comes here with actual information.
The fact of the matter is that he and Andrew Bone set up the Memphis/Birmingham 7-on-7 league. That's a fact. It was originally Bone's idea. Spin away all you want. Andrew Bone is not so much as a reporter as he is an unpaid recruiter for Nick Saban. Everybody knows he tries to push kids to Momma.

So Bo Jackson influenced his life. Bo Jackson influences a lot of kids, but he is still an Alabama fan and it doesn't change the fact this Bo Jackson fan is good friends with Andrew Bone and they setup the 7-on-7 camps.
