Who in the SEC could realistically win the Heisman in 2023?
Posted by WayneDawg on 2/3/23 at 2:39 pm

This is my first thread/post on this forum. I'm a UGA fan, so I assume I will not be greeted with warm and fuzzy welcomes from most of you...lol. But I had a convo with some rival SEC fans about the Heisman for the upcoming season and who in the SEC could win it.
Some Gamecocks were sure ol Rattler is gonna be the best QB in the SEC.
An LSU fan said they might as well go ahead and give it to Daniels before the season even starts.
A lone Bama fan in the group said incoming frosh Justin Haynes will be a household name by about mid-season.
And my prediction? I'll get laughed at for saying this, but the best cfb player at any position IMO is Brock Bowers. That kid is a freaking cyborg. He can run, catch, outrun DBs even when they got an angle on him and turn 300+ Olinemen into astro-turf pancake as a blocker. He'll have 1000+ yds receiving I'd guess. The first TE to win it?
So, I just wanted you experts to chime in and tell me who on YOUR team could win it?

Sorry, but the position of Liar has already been filled by TexAg7.
My psycho sister-in-law and her daughter are LSU fans. Some Bama fans go to my church and one of my patients is a Gamecock fan. I also had a UF fan in the bunch...but uh, he did't have a comment on the subject...lol.

Uh, "liar"? I had a conversation with some SEC football fans about football. Why would I lie about that?

I'm still a little sore with Haynes for not following in his dad's footsteps and coming to UGA. He's gonna be a good one for the Tide for sure.

Shoot, Simpson isn't even gonna be the Tide's starting QB man. He might start, but Dylan Lonergan from Snellville Georgia will be their starter before the season ends. Go ahead and laugh now, but remember I told you that.

No one said this. Hell, half the fan base was pissed when he announced he was coming back for his final year.

Daniels will have to successfully get over his decision delay problem on passes over 15 yds to even have a chance.
Troll? Why would you think that? I'm a UGA fan and bleed red and black. Just because I made a prediction on Bama's QB for next season? And uh, just for the record, it doesn't really matter who they're QB is, they'll end up second (at best) to the big red Beast from the East.

I'm not an expert on LSU's roster, but ol Nussmeier looks like a promising prospect. Any chance he unseats Daniels?
