The games are played on the field, not in the offices of the folks who do the rankings on paper. The horns have got it done so far.

Aggies look to be waking up, they will make some regional host very uncomfortable.

Honestly given the format as long as atm can get to the post season it won’t really matter if they are a 2 or 3 seed. Home field helps but we know in baseball anything can happen on the field.

if A&M makes the postseason (I think they will as of today) I'm thinking they will get sent to the TCU or DBU regional (one of them is likely to host)
That regional is likely to get paired with Texas, LSU, or Arkansas in a Super Regional..
Get your popcorn ready if that happens.
eta: I think A&M would need to finish 11-4 in their last 15 to be in the hosting discussion. Doable, but they'd have to really go on a tear.

A&M is red hot. They will host a regional and I wouldnt want any part of them right now. We all knew they'd turn it around.
