We have OL issues, a new QB, and our starting RB is either recovering from a broken neck or is still in high school. 7-5 is likely and 8-4 would be fantastic.

I really hope I'm wrong about that prediction. If I'm right, I still don't think it would cost Bielema his job, but his seat would be getting a little warm going into the 2017 season.

Lashlee takes the heat this year if things don't get much better with QB play. Gus gets at least one more season barring a Chizik style meltdown.

I'm not sure Gus survives 6-6 (maybe even 7-5) if it involves blowouts against our rivals. If it's a record like that but we knock off a couple decent conference foes and are competitive at the end of the year, sure.

Sumlin. Miles is LSU's modern day version of Cholly Mac. He'll be there for another 10 years at least.

I would consider all losses with 2 blowouts by UGA, UA, LSU, Clemson, and a loss to OM or MS as a meltdown season and things would be touchy. Lashlee definitely gets the boot and Gus gets a warning shot. An 8 win season with a win over 2 of the 4 above and close losses to the other 2 means he stays at least 1 more year with some lattitude,Lashlee could still be in trouble. A 9 win season with quality play from both sides of the line gets everyone a fat raise and a stupid extension, Lashee probably gets a HC job. A 10 win season means we give Gus the keys to the safe and Lashlee gets paid his salary no matter where he goes. Anything above that and the heavens open and gold showers from the sky, contracts are written in titanium for the millennia. Appear in the CFP final and the world falls to worship his feet and he reaches new coach contracting grounds Lashlee replaces Sumlin next year. Win the championship and angels deliver his reward, he gets a lifetime contract, Lashlee replaces Miles next year. Then 2017 we go 6-6 and 2018 2-10 and have to sell the college to fire him.

Sumlin would likely be first IMO. His team seems to be falling apart and underachiever for the talent they have.

Malzahn needs to turn things around fast .

Miles could be fired after this year if the team struggles but they have to much talent to struggle this year.

Bielema is safe for atleast 2 more year. He is the only one that has no chance of getting fired this season for on the field reasons.

So you're saying that aggy is so overleveraged with this white-trash spending spree with "SEC" money, that you couldn't afford to pay off $15 million to run off Sumlin?

Yeah, sounds about right for the self-proclaimed "richest school in the world." What a friggin' joke.

Sumlin

Malzahn - at least 1 more year after this one.

Bielema - at least 2 more years after this one.

Miles - who fricking knows. Fanbase will turn after one loss, but he's got the admin by the short curlies.

Not sure that will matter if Sumlin craps the bed again this year and Herman or Morris has a good year. BMA's will can him anyway. At some point the money lost from an unfilled 102K stadium is higher than his buyout. And I hear they have other stuff to threaten a 'for cause' which will make it much cheaper.

Well, it looks like you're going to start the season about 7,000 season tickets from filling up Kyle Field.

You all have done such a wonderful job denigrating "t-shirt fans" as unworthy of aggie fandom, so good luck with that. Even the brainwashed have tuned out.

This seems the most likely order.

If our TAMU friends are being truthful about their school's financial condition, they can afford to let Coarch Sumlins go in the event of another year of underperformance.

AU isn't quite as well positioned, but I don't think we would tolerate another 6 loss season this year no matter how tough our schedule appears. But it may take a 2012-like meltdown to send Gustav back to highschool.

I think Bert is safe. After all, Arky couldn't even get rid of Nutt until they suckered Ole Miss into taking him off their hands. Don't think they'll find a willing chump this time around.

LSU missed their golden opportunity to get rid of Miles last year. He'll leave Red Stick in a boîte de pin.
