They're called Former Students because there are no "ex Aggies"
What is the story behind this? Just curious because the definition of alumni is former student.

Also there's no "Homecoming Game" because that's high school bullshite.
Or because Aggie wasn't co-ed until 1963, so the tradition passed them by as they had already dug their heels in adamantly that it was "HS shite"

With Aggies, you're either a current student or a former student.
More of the old mindset of "t.u. does it so we're doing it differently." They refer to theirs as "texas exes".

A&M is clear to call all students that have ever attended any class at A&M a former student.

All possible losses. I agree. But honestly I would put the Vegas odds in all of those games in favor of A&M.
Would loved to have heard your thoughts prior to the LSU - A&M game this year.

Normally, I'd say that with a serviceable QB, Bama is the only likely loss; however, with Spiller, Wydermyer, Leal, etc all leaving early, we probably drop 3. Bama the most likely, but will probably be 2 of LSU, OM, or Arky. I think we'll handle State and Auburn.

9-3, seriously! Anything short of an SEC appearance for Jimbo won't cut it.

No I was actually giving you credit. I don't think you guys lose to Mississippi State next season.
Don't sleep on the Bulldogs beating A&M again. Another year with the Pirate and a good QB returning in the system.

Looking at the shift in the SEC West, I don’t really see anyone getting through 2022 with less than two losses. Leach and Kiffin won’t win a SEC division, but they will pop somebody. Same with LSU.

A&M is going to be interesting next year.
Great recruiting class, but that usually doesn't kick in right away, I see 2024 as the year that will happen.
Losing Elko will be big, until proven otherwise. If you drift back into high scoring offense with no defense, I have to say Sumlin was the better option there.
Losses- Alabama for certain. Saban's going to have that game circled and highlighted. Arkansas and Miss State, it's tough for a coordinator to prepare for both teams in the same season. I suspect at least one of those.
LSU and Florida, depending on the time of the season- new coaches coming in with a point to prove. Competing with Alabama means beating everyone else, it's a high stakes game.

Florida,
Florida is a shite show right now. As it stands, I'd put SCAR over Florida in the East.
