I will say this, I would be highly disappointed if the running backs we end up with are Ameer, Mason(who might not qualify), Calloway(who will most likely move to linebacker) and Bray(more slot receiver). That would mean that we missed on every one of our running back prospects and will be in very bad shape at running back with one injury.
Hopefully, Crowell makes the trip and is finally blown away and will sign with us but I don't expect it. He has seemed pretty blah on Auburn from the start and seemed to just be appeasing Wright by coming to check it out.
Missing Blakely early to Florida kicked our teeth in. We seemed to put all stock on him and Meyer fricked us at the end of the recruitment. If we pulled him, we would be in great shape with a solid running back signed with him.

I wouldn't count on CK, Drew, Collins, and Crowell. What will happen is a strong solid finish with a top 10 ranking.
Wright 80%
Fulse 90%
Florence 80%
Sigler 75%
Roberson 50%
Mason 75%
Ameer A 60%
These are my %'s only, some of it based on info provided and the rest speculation.
There may be one or two I am not aware of or maybe a surprise, but I doubt it. Coleman may add to this class which would give us 20 and than those 7 possibilities I listed.
I feel the Newton deal maybe too much of an unknown and hampered the overall outcome. Still a solid class I will be happy to finish out with the above names. We shall see in a week or so.

It's been a weird year for RB's for us. If nothing else though, that means we'll have plenty of room for some badass RB's next year. I know TJ Yeldon and Trey Williams are really big on us now and they both look to be damn good prospects.

I get that 2012 seems to have some good backs, but we needed one guy who can carry the ball between the tackles behind Dyer next year and it seems to be falling on Calloway to do that, and I think he is just going to end up at linebacker sooner than later.

I agree.
I really wish we would have pressed Huggins harder.

Jeff Lee basically just said we're completely out of it for Drew fwiw

My predictions:
Wright
Fulse
Roberson
Florence
Abdullah
Sigler
Mason
pretty obvious
But NSD is never the way we predict it to go

If that's how we end up, what will the depth chart look like at RB next year (especially if Mason doesn't qualify)? Not good......

I'm really starting to wonder why we told Buie not to visit last weekend.

While Drew would be a great get for us, I don't see him as a must get for us. We have Equea and Lemonier on the ends and both are very good and we will gain depth at both sides with or without Drew.
My biggest concern the whole year has been running back. I admit that I post on AE and everytime I mentioned that we are in horrible shape at running back I just kept getting the company line, "we will sign two great backs on signing day". Now that is looking less and less true and we might actually be in the worst shape in the SEC at the running back position next year, or at least just above Kentucky and Vandy. We have two backs who will be great but one injury will frick our faces and not politely.

Auburn has a good shot with Drew but he isn't a lock to either school there is no telling who he commits to Friday.
Crowell is going to UGA any other school is dreaming IMO.

Well....there are still names we haven't even seen I am sure
2 and 3*s could fill out the class
sometimes names like Dontae Aycock come out of nowhere last minute

Beaver, that is a really shitty example to use when you are trying to comfort an Auburn fan. I had hopes for Aycock.

Its being widely reported no Drew and he stated he will shock everyone by saying No AU, NO GA, No LSU.....Miami? I think its Miami just putting that out there.
