Honestly I am not a fan of the 12 team playoff. It’s a celebration of mediocrity. Really the 4 team was probably most fair as it avoided what happened to Auburn when they went undefeated and got left out. If you can’t justify that you are top 4 you don’t deserve a shot at the title. Just my opinion.
I agree. However, in the next 10 years we will all grow to love it. It will never be the same football again but seeing a Boise upset a top team in the first round or a 3 loss SEC team win it all will keep us all interested

LSU has smart fans too. None of them live in New Orleans. The ones that post stupid crap are all Cajun figs.

I kind of agree with you but the 4 team playoff literally destroyed the old conferences.
It was a massive mistake to be keeping any of the P5 champs out because it really hurt conferences to the point it destroyed 2 (PAC12/Big12).
When they went to a playoff it had to be 8 with the conference champs and 3 at large to keep all the P5 on the same page.
Look at the mess trying to just get the top 4 has led us to now.

Ole Miss is the most deserved among these three.

Well yes if we had a 4 or 8 team playoff. However with a 12 team playoff Bama and Ole Miss deserve a spot. USCe is on the bubble if we really were putting the best 12 teams in. Probably left out still though. You guys are likely the 14 or 15th best team

Playoffs? Playoffs? Don't talk to me about playoffs.

USC lost to Alabama. So you want to put USC in front of a team they lost to?
By 2 points. On the road.
This is a funny take coming from eye test U.

Miami over all of those teams.

Still, the answer is none of them.

Yes, it's always better to lose by 2 points than to win.

fricking retard.

2 of those teams backed up. 1 played quality football down the stretch. South Carolina is a totally different team than the first half of the year and would boatrace all 4 SEC teams in the playoffs right now. Also we are 10-2. We will never recognize that LSU game as a loss. Should of been required watching for the committee.

If you outscore the other team in the 4th quarter you automatically win, they don't count the points from earlier in the game in the final score.

That isn't true about Ole Miss.
We lost a heartbreaker on the road to a much improved UF team.
We also dominated UGA two games back.
Bama, sure....they got trounced at OU.......but they'd still be favored over USC at a neutral site.
