does missouri even try, or just in it for the t-shirt?
First, Alabama has owned Missouri since joining the SEC. They’ve owned most team, though.
Second, Mizzou is 6-4 all time against the Buttchuggers.
Lastly, Mizzou has been to Atlanta twice since joining the SEC in 2012. Tenner hasn’t been since 2007.

and it hasn't been close
Certainly showing the potential to be a close games if Bama doesn't effectively scheme against the run.
Hardy is a beast. But, if they become one dimensional, I am not sure it stays close.

I've told this story here several times, but in 2012 the game was delayed due to heavy rain and lightning in Columbia and the teams had to leave the field.
Saban gathered the coaches in the tunnel and immediately a staffer starts distributing binders that had adjustments to the overall game plan, player time management during and after the lightning break, and other potential in-game contingencies for just such a scenario.
I knew the man was a good coach, but I think it was that exact moment when I realized he was truly a machine.

Nope.
Mizzou is 6-4 all time against the Buttchuggers.
How convenient that you don’t count losses you don’t like.
GTFO.

Whatever you have to tell yourself to sleep well at night.
Missouri has played 124 years of football. Since joining the SEC, going by winning percentage, those seasons are:
114th - 2015
103rd - 2012
102nd - 2016
86th - 2019
85th - 2021
84th - 2022
63rd - 2017
62nd - 2018
61st - 2020
42nd - 2024
25th - 2023
10th - 2013
9th - 2014
Bold are the top 1/2 of Missouri's football seasons. Italics are the bottom 25% of Missouri football seasons.
Since Missouri joined the SEC, Tennessee's seasons have ranked (by winning percentage):
119th - 2020
118th - 2017
107th - 2012
106th - 2013
105th - 2018
88th - 2014
87th - 2021
76th - 2019
64th - 2015
63rd - 2016
62nd - 2023
44th - 2024
22nd - 2022

Tennessee has played 121 seasons of football. So, 2 of the top 10 seasons in Missouri history have been since they joined the SEC, and 2 of the worst 5 seasons in Tennessee history have come during that same stretch.

Is being "owned" the same as "never beat"? How many other SEC teams have never beaten Alabama while being in the SEC? Is there even one other?
Pretty lame reasoning, with so much on the line, against a team you are playing at home Saturday, to retort, "they beat everyone else a lot too".
Your players need to start head butting walls and take their panties off, is all I am saying.

Why is a Vol fan riding so hard for Bama?
You guys are more like us than them this millennium

Brought you out of the woodwork for your 17th post in 9 years, nice. Wrong answer though.

Tennessee has walked off the field winners after playing Alabama more than any other team, ever.
Yet, AU has a higher win % against Bama.
Next 2 months will be tough for all.
Aggie probably has the most manageable schedule of the contenders left, but Mizzou is certainly in the hunt with their balance of good defense and offense. Saturday will be another hurdle for Bama to have to get over.
No easy outs for any team this year.
