It bounces around, but quite frankly right now its USF. Those South Florida kids think all of the sudden they are a yearly contender for the National Championship because they got lucky and beat Auburn at home in 2007. They seriously start each season thinking they are going undefeated and going to take down the Florida's, LSU's, USC's, and OU/UT's of the world. I miss when they were like UCF and realized they were scum, and were just happy to win a game.
