Im gonna just skip over basketball because we suck and I can't see any other sec teams going deep in the bouncy hoops tourny .

Will flagship live up to the hype ?

I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be like football this year. 5 top 10 teams.
Baseball is deeper than football.
USC
LSU
Arky
Florida
State
A&M
Kentucky
Vandy
Should all be pretty good to great this year.

The only SEC teams with a prayer of ever being BB relevant these days are UK, UF and Mizzou..

We host -- I'm not ready to call for a national seed just yet. Going to depend on how effective we are in replacing Stratton. The entire rest of the team is back...

Vandy will host at least. Hopefully we'll get a national seed as well. Our starting rotation is going to be insane, mainly because Tyler Beede is supposed to have finally reached the potential we thought we had. Our bullpen is one of the deepest we've had. It all depends on how level-headed the team is. Stupid errors and nerves killed last year before it even started.

I see you don't keep up with LSU basketball recruiting.

Don't think we get one. We lost a lot of excellent pitching that you just don't replace too easily. This may be a tough year for Aggie Baseball.

Ole Miss will be good... We return tons of pitching.. Just need someone to step up and take the Sunday starter roll... There are 3 possible candidates... Our offense is gonna decide whether or not we host a regional

Since we got screwed out of hosting this past season...I will say if we have the record, we will get to host instead of Gary, IN.

That's typical Mike. I know it's happen to Vandy a few times. Anytime a northern school performs well, they will get the benefit of hosting over a southern school. They want to "grow" the game.

Ole Miss closes out the season in Alex Box... Thurs-Fri-Sat series before the SEC tourney... I think the Tigers will be playing for the SEC reg season championship and a National Seed... Only thing I'm sure of is I will be there and it will be awesome.

I think only 3 SEC team make it as a National seed.

Got to go with the 3 best programs USCe,Lsu and The Flagship.

I think LSU and Arky will both be National Seeds ... I think Carolina is gonna struggle at times under their new coach... It may just be the homer in me but I think Tanner not running the show is gonna make them regress... and Rebels host a regional in Oxford.

Maybe . . . anything's possible and we saw what happened with LSU. Still, Chad Holbrook has been with USC since 2009 (and was with UNC for 15 years prior). He was a key architect in building the team to adapt to the BBCOR bats. Tanner always had power hitting teams. When Holbrook came on board, they switched to small ball -- and won two national championships. I think we'll be fine.
