Elko was well liked. Not so much anymore. You can watch TexAgs to get an idea where a coach stands. Liucci is the mouth piece for the AD.
There is still a long fire Elko thread that hasn’t been taken down this morning. Would have been deleted before this year within minutes. Elko has about one to two years left at most if he doesn’t make major staff changes.

Beamer is a dead man walking. Venables should be on a scorchingly hot seat but instead he was inexplicably given an extension just a couple of weeks ago so presumably he's safe.

I live in Houston area and know a ton of Aggies… not billionaires… but they know the handwriting is on the wall.

That is correct. Our billionaires cannot handle sucking when Texas is good. And Texas’ are the same though they won’t admit it.

I would be shocked if Elko is fired for going 6-6. He will be on a very hot seat in 27 though.

Tennessee’s quarterback will definitely get better. We have the number one running back coming in next year. We will hit the transfer portal and get offensive linemen.
