I lived in DC for 7 years a while back. I go back frequently and since he took over, it’s night and day different. It’s a great city if you have a little bit of coin.
You used to be able to buy blow anywhere / everywhere. You used to be able to get street walkers for $50.
The prices have skyrocketed… heard from a friend.

It's OTAY to do so..it's just the truth. I lived in downtown Houston for 6 years until I moved to the beach.
The place was great until James Harden the Basketball player, opened his club called "13" in 2021.
Then the entire area of downtown, midtown turned into a gang bang warfare...every violent crime statistic went up.
Guess what happened...in 2025 he was evicted for not paying over $2.2 million in back rent. He claimed COVID prevented him from paying rent. Harden the gazillionaire couldn't pay rent.
These days, Midtown and Downtown are ghost towns after happy hours. What a suprise...

I'm a nut job following LSU QB recruits and the amount of hype over a 5'10 QB has been outlandish.
He seems to be an amazing young man, great family roots, awesome teammate...BUT, it don't equate to starting for a National Championship contender.

Good points and schemes are definitely huge in success for the body type of the QB.
If Houston was competing against lesser competition he would shine...but he's not as we know.

I'm pulling for him...I have doubts with 5'10 QB's but with his arm, footwork, anticipation..he could be one of the few 5'10 QBs that thrive.
