You probably need to separate these into 3 categories. When it comes to meth, there’s a winner by a large margin, and that would be Oklahoma. Their meth consumption is damn impressive! Even Oklahomans won’t dispute this.
They also have the largest population of women in prison. That reduces the amount of females in the general population, which means they’re probably pretty high up on the list for inbred and sister frickers too! But, I’m probably still giving Bama the win there.
