Bama would trade a loss to LSU for y'all to keep Ogre. The sad thing is, y'all would make the same trade.

so you would trade potentially the SEC West title, the SEC Championship, and a spot in the playoffs because it would be funny for LSU to hire Ed Orgeron? Think your priorities may be in the wrong place, but to each his own

I know winning out is a longshot but we've got the offseason narrative fully developed and ready to go. The Orgeron was always a great coach, but his interim success at USCw and LSU proves that he just wasn't willing to go deep enough into the sewer to win at Ole Miss. Now be honest, there would be 13 fanbases onboard for that narrative.

If LSU is good enough, which they likely are not, to beat Alabama, then the chances of them losing to Arkansas, Florida, and/or Ole Miss are not very high. It has nothing to do with hope, more so just logic. You, on the other hand, have stated you hope LSU loses to Alabama so they hire Ed Orgeron. So maybe I should be telling you the same thing, although that's a very weird stance to be taking in the first place.

He's 1-2, and soon to be 1-3, against Alabama.

Why do assholes from other fan bases worry so much about LSU? We appreciate you want us to get the right coach. We know you have our best interest at heart. Worry about your own team and frick off.

Which will still likely maintain his status as the 2nd most successful active SEC HC vs Saban at Bama

But, LSU AD has drawn another line in the sand by saying he has no chance to be the coach.

When did that happen?

Even IF Orgeron won out, LSU would find themselves in a world of hurt in two years.

Small sample sizes, you ever been in Sams and stopped by to try the Sams brand Chicken sandwich? That one bite, small sample, tastes so good. You go all in on it and you find it's not quite the same as that one little bite.

They seem to be of the belief that he went from howdy doody at Ole miss to Vince Lombardi though so, whatever.
