I don't really see how that's supposed to make them look bad. They knew it was in Alabama and just didn't know if Auburn was a city. I wouldn't assume the average person in Oregon would know that honestly.

I could...

I mean...it isn't like it's the second largest city in Oregon or anything.

No one from Oregon has ever been to Auburn...That is insane. They are really missing out. They must live in caves up there.

I will say this: when a blog starts out "Is it a city? A state? Or just a school?, I don't put too much credit to it. If you think that Auburn even COULD be a state, you should be shot in the face only to live another 50 years. This isn't a diss as much as it is just a shitty article.

And most of these kids couldn't tell you where TCU or Boise State is, they might could tell you what state but not where at in the state.

How many people that are average fans off the street do you think could tell you where Notre Dame is? Especially fans under 30.

Isn't this more of a indictment of the state of education in Oregon?

Yeppers. Every time UCF played UAB in basketball, they'd play video clips of reporters asking UCF students if they could "name one state that borders Alabama" and as expected, not a single one could.

The moronic crowd would laugh without realizing how dumb it made UCF look by accepting a bunch of tards who knew nothing about geography.

Reminds me of this in a way..

Looks like we've got a fricking rocket scientist right here.
