He was a great player. Losing only rilvary game.

He owned FSU, UT, and UGA except for 07.

He will be remembered as a legend, but it's too soon.

He is easily the biggest celebrity since Archie Manning.

No need to wait that long. His SEC eligibility is up. Trust me; Tebow is on the "SEC Legends" list.

Question is where. IMO, among players #1.

Steve Taneyhill? Surely you jest.

Tebow would be in my top ten, but he never beat Auburn.

1) That wasn't my list, just complimenting the Rebel fan's list.
2) With a mullet like that.. by NCAA and SEC regulations.. he automatically has to be ranked at least #10 in legendary lists.

2 NC's and a Heisman. I'm sure he's not beating himself up about not beating the barn.

OK. Actually it was his post I intended to respond to and then I saw yours with Steve's name. That Rebel's list brought another chuckle, because he put him in his top 3 and then misspelled his name.

I go back to late 60's. Bo and Herschel were great but there's no way either of those were better than Tebow.

Tebow will follow in the LONG line of UF QB's in the NFL and do nothing after being a star at the collegiate level. If he converts to LB he has a chance.

Not sure what the hell that has to do with his performance in the SEC? Was Heath Schuler a good QB?

This. The newness affect is going on here, dude just graduated. CFB fans in the south who are 13 know who Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson are. As has been said above, let's wait about 20 years before we judge Tebow along with CFB's greats.
