Preseason rankings are garbage, got ya.. but the top ranked East team just fell. What happens when the dawgs drop to Clemson?

Someone has to pick up the slack.. Florida? UT??

Why would an entire division go into panic mode after one game?

Are you guys really insane or do you just pretend?

I am liking Florida's chances in the east more and more every day.

Vandy got humiliated. They had what, 9 wins last year as an East team?

I'm pretty sure most picked Vandy either just in front of UK or behind UK given that they only returned 11 starters and lost pretty much their whole offense and the guy that coached them up.

Try to keep up.

Florida is the team that is flying under the radar and IMO is playing with house money and has nothing to lose.

I look for UF to be highly motivated this year. I'm already picking UF and Miami to beat FSU.

Why would the East go into panic mode?

Vandy is horrible, and an overrated SC lost to a good, obviously underrated team in Texas A&M.

The other teams haven't even played a snap yet.

Again...why would an entire division panic? That doesn't make sense at all. Are you new to football? IDGAF about Vandy or USC. Why on earth would I panic when they lose? Your question is weird. Ags are weird so that does make some sense.

Then they lost their coach, most of their major contributors, and basically their entire recruiting class. They weren't expected to make a bowl.

To be fair, also weren't expected to get blown out by Temple.

I will admit my knowledge of the SEC East is limited.

But in all seriousness this conference thing usually works out well when there are two competitive divisions. Brings for more hype and coverage from the national perspective.

I really would like to see a coupe East teams come out and dominate. I just don't see it at the moment. I would say I'd prefer to see Florida return to prominence mostly because I know they have it in them and their fan base seems pretty chill compared to say the dawgs or cocks. Of course I hear that's not always been the case.

Either way, someone has to do something on your side. The West is getting way too far out in the lead imo.

Then why are you starting threads about the East panicking if you don't have a clue as to what you're talking about?

And you apparently haven't watched SEC football more than the last few years or so.

We have good fans and bad fans just like every other school. If we go on a run you'll see the shite talking Gators come out. Then you'll see the worst of the worst Gators come out. It's not really something new. It happens to all of us.

I can only imagine the UG fans if they every win another national championship.

I don't think anybody sees it because UF, UGA, Mizzou, Tenn, and Kentucky haven't play one game yet.

For the responses. Seems to have worked, eh?

You're right. I've not been inclined to watch the SEC up until about a couple years ago now.

The best teams in the East haven't even played yet. Why would we panic.

I've been telling y'all SC was overrated for a long time.
