Be honest. Awburn has 1 NC in the past 50+ years and there were at least 5 games that were won by pure luck. Not to mention you had to pay 200k for a QB and had the biggest piece of shite I have ever seen in a uniform in SEC history (Nick Fairley).

Not to mention the fact that Awburn can't seem to win with any consistency and keeps embarrassing the conference with
Vandyesque 3-5 wins seasons.

I agree that bammer lucked their way into that title. LSU should have never had to play bammer twice. But that's bammer -- they always get the breaks. We all know this. Saban and Emmert are good friends and he does Saban favors.

My only point was that USC still claims the 2003 national title and no one gives them shite for it (USC won the AP voting). AU tries to claim the title in 2004 (13-0, SEC champs) and it's hell no.

And in 2007, LSU pulled a bammer and backed their way into the BCS title game. They were #7 in poll prior to the SECCG.
