Why is it so hard for yall to admit that the gig that Kiffin has at Ole Miss is pretty damn good
Coaching at a school with low expectations and hot coeds? It's a perfect fit for Lane, were he not such an over-ambitious numnut.
He'll leave at the end of the year.

Cool. He won’t be in Gainesville in 2025.
Or Oxford. But yes, he'll steer clear of the UF dumpster fire.

As to the Tennessee roster. Where do you feel Ole Miss has an advantage?

Miami would be a better job for Lane than UF. More good looking trim per square mile than any area in the USA. As a private school would be easier to win with the right administration. And could commute from Key West during off season. I can see him holding court at Kevin’s or Sloppy Joes anytime he’s in town.

Better than "he will never leave except for the most elite of jobs and there is 100% evidence he turned down a bunch of offers"
Florida fans thinking they’re the most elite of jobs.

Ok do that but it’s going to read Dart at the top.
Then by all means we willl see it. I hopefully that Nico doesn’t get hurt because that’s the most likely scenario if Dart is a head of him.

He has already turned them down once.

If he was going to he would have left for Auburn last year. Auburn is a better job than UF.

Except recruit on par with elite schools, have access to premier recruiting markets and have the ability to make competitive NIL offers?
Ole Miss is a great school, but it’s a small market team in what amounts to pro sport that operates without a salary cap.
Florida is a program in a massive state, with huge resources and in theory a better NIL network. Their only current issue is what appears to be dysfunction amongst their boosters and some coaching hires that haven’t panned out.
This year will tell a lot.
Throw out the first year "covid" he is 29 and 10. Brian Kelly would have to win 9 games this year to match that. Nick Saban was 28-12 at LSU.
Lane gets what he wants at OM, he has the NIL to compete. Florida is currently getting sued for failure to pay NIL.... OM pays what it says it will pay.

I'm still holding on to this date and that replacement as coach...

Saw a report saying Lane, Gus & Drink are the top candidates to replace Billy in Gainesville...

Didn't even think about Drink... hmm
Might be the best candidate.
Might be the best candidate.
