Makers or Knob Creek over ice. I wouldn't dare mix good liquor with anything but ice or water, ruins the enjoyment of sippin.

It's too sweet and covers up the salty, meaty flavor of the dog. Plus, adding mustard, onions, kraut, chili, etc gives you so much more flavor than some damned ketchup.
Basically, it's a lowest-common-denominator type of condiment. It's boss on french fries and stuff, but not on frankfurters.

I dont like hot dogs period. As for my drink, bloody mary, miller lite, bourbon. In that order as the day progresses ...
