Probation Officer advises me to stay out of threads like this. No good will come from them.

Obviously, or you would be enjoying your Saturday with friends instead of posting on TDs, in an Auburn thread.

Dear God you are pathetic.
You must spend every hour of your day thinking about Auburn.

Posted on 9/24/11 at 11:46 am to SwampTider
Do you ever post about Alabama?
Posted on 9/24/11 at 11:57 am to plazadweller
Um, yeah. I also post about other teams. Fact is, it is not proven that Chizik is a good Defensive coach. He has had established Defenses everywhere he has been. Now that it his job to ESTABLISH the Defense, he's not been very impressive.

Oh and Swamp, you might wanna take a gander at the help board. You seem to get under ppl's skin.
Rhoads failed to mention that against WVU his "square up" tackle mentality failed miserably, now we were banged up badly at that point but if you square up against a guy already moving he can easily fake inexperienced players out of their cleats. Chizik's method works great for gang tackling in the center but is weak on the perimiter, this is something the coaches are having to work on.
The main problem with the defense is 8 sophomores with minimal playing time until this year.

Weird.
As a head coach, I always thought it was his job to win football games.
Thanks for clearing that up. I now know that is actually his job to be the defensive coordinator, not the head coach.

Was it not AU fans that bragged about chizick's Thorpe winners?

I would give my right arm to only be giving up 21 points a game right now.

If you mean Chizik, well than, that's different.
TD experts have now changed my opinion. It was obviously Tommy Tuberville that coached Carlos Rogers as a Thorpe winner. Therefore, Mack Brown was responsible for Michael Huff winning the Thorpe award at Texas.
But wait, you say that Mack Brown was a WR coach then OC before becoming a HC? No worries. Georgia, LSU, & and Florida fans have confirmed that the OC, Gary Crowton, Mike Bobo & Steve Addazio, were responsible for their awful offenses instead of the HC.
Wait a second. That doesn't make any sense. We have TD experts contradicting each other. One group says that the HC is responsible for their respective field and the other says they are not.
I am confused.
Les Miles was an OC at OSU before becoming the HC at LSU, yet his offenses at LSU have ranked near the bottom of the NCAA for the last two years. Why was Gary Crowton fired? It's obviously Miles fault.
Mark Richt was an OC at ECU & FSU before becoming the HC at UGA, yet his offenses at UGA have been widely criticized for the past few years. Why is Mike Bobo getting the blame? It's obviously Richt's fault.
Urban Meyer coached WRs, TEs, & QBs before becoming the HC at BG, Utah, & UF, yet his offense in 2010 was a huge failure. Why did Steve Addazio get the blame from UF fans? It's obviously Urban's fault.
Can you tell me the correct way of thinking. Is it the HC's responsibility to coach their respective field (offense or defense)? Or does it fall on the coordinator?

They should give Ted Roof a few more years to get his people in there.

WTH are you doing using logic!!!!!! Remember, their logic only applies to Auburn and no one else. You just don't get it and that's ok.
