Can someone tell me what they gave Manziel so that he was able to start throwing bullets only a few minutes after hardly being able to move his arm?

a cocktail, they gave me one when I was *******************************************************. And that's all I'm gonna say about that.

Novocaine? Adrenaline? I honestly don't have a clue. But drugs have very powerful & magical effects.
I destroyed my ankle several years ago. Broken bone, torn ligaments--the whole enchilada. Upon taking my physician-prescribed cocktail (a couple of days before surgery/casting), I was able to walk around on it as if the injury never occurred. It was insanity. Yet without the drugs, it hurt like a mofo when the air touched my skin.
Temporarily, it's amazing what can be achieved.

Most likely a Toradol injection.

What I thought was a little humorous was after he went out of the game the sideline reporter said that she saw him take a couple of pills.

If he took pills, that was for the long term pain. He got him a shot of go go juice to wing the ball after that injury.

I'm no Dr but the fact he was able to make some of those throws post injury makes me think it isn't a separation or major ligament damage. That shouldn't be physically possible if that is the case simply with a pain killer. My guess is it was some kind of bruise or pinched nerve.
I am also thinking that he was one sore dude on Sunday. Probably only had the energy for 2 different 3 ways instead of his usual 6 daily.

I thought of the movie North Dallas Forty when he couldn't throw the ball, went behind some sheets and by some act of God was healed... I wonder how much dope they shot him up with?
