LSU retards will never understand that assaulting people while drunk after games does not equal having an intimidating atmosphere in the stadium for players.

I mean, I’m sure they could’ve sent out a survey to all the players who have played in at least 3/4 of the stadiums over their careers.
Instead they went the easier route of showing up to media days and asking - and the fans of teams who aren’t represented well sure are upset about it.

Assuming they’ve transferred 1-2x, I feel like there is a better chance they have seen just about every SEC stadium.

I think it's more so that it's just not a genuine data set. It's an extremely small amount of answers, with people that have most likely never been to 80% of the league's stadiums.
I'd honestly rather hear answers from the reporters and beat writers since they've probably actually been to most.

You can’t just judge a stadium, you have to evaluate circumstances.
Was it a morning, afternoon or night game?
Was it a big time matchup?
I’ve been to Neyland when it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and they were handing out tickets to Bama fans and I’ve been to Williams-Bryce when they were so hyped up on Sandstorm that grandmas were cussing Bama fans on the way to the parking lot.

Assuming 1,360 scholarship players in the SEC (16 teams × 85 roster spots), Polling 25 guys means they sampled 1.8% of the conference. That is ~19.3% margin of error. The sample size is invalid, as noted. If Stadium A gets 30% of the vote and Stadium B gets 20%, it means literally nothing. They are statistically tied because the error margin is wider than the entire voting gap.
The voting is bias, speculative and/or anecdotal at best. Nobody has played in all 15 road venues with the way SEC scheduling works, and they aren't voting for their home stadium. The stakes of the game, kickoff times and overall recency bias also degrade the validity of replies. Obviously, 1or 2 guys don't speak for an 85+ man roster, that represents about 2% of a team. And, context of the position player asked and point in the game affecting their opinion vary greatly.
TLDR: It makes for good message board debate, but the poll is completely invalid. To get a better statistically sound survey (+/- 5 margin of error), you’d need at least 300 players who only rate stadiums they’ve actually played in on a 1–10 scale according to my sources on Gemini AI.
