Nothing fancy for me. Burgers on the grill topped with provolone cheese and apple smoked bacon, with a side of fries with Cajun seasoning(Perfect Pinch) and washed down with Yuengling.

Four Boston Butts. 6 hours on the smoker. Followed by another 6 hours in a pot. Followed by one hour in the big skillet simmering down.
Serving breakfast for 70. About to start 5 gallons of grits.
Oh, and I've been drinking all night and I'm hammered.

Wick Fowler's 2 Alarm chili with a few additions. No beans. Homemade creamy avocado green sauce dip, rotel dip and chips. Ice cold Miller Lite.

Thank you. My uncle, who was misdiagnosed by the va, has cancer and is coming down from Missouri. This may be his last trip so everyone is showing up for him. Have an uncle and his family in Germany,retired military, that won't be able to make it but most others will.
