Had a buddy who tried to introduce me to their chilli, had skyline vs gold star expected I like skyline more. I liked gold star better.

I have never had skyline chili, or been to Ohio. But what is the issue with it? It's literally just spaghetti with meat sauce and cheese on top.

Their issue with it is the spices. It was created by Greek immigrants. They use a few random spices such as cinnamon and cocoa powder in there. It's absolutely delicious. Goes great on coneys or pasta.
