Sabanization has lead to depression and lack of self worth.

I don't think the political Heisman individual performance trophy should have anything to do with deciding which college football TEAMS are royalty.

Well you proudly display the Heisman front and center by itself in your football complex.

I don't necessarily like it either as it's something we lack. But it does makes sense
It's like getting voted prom king, and at least speaks to your programs national appeal. I feel like Alabama's brand and the fact that they were the favorites in 09 and 15 got Ingram and Henry the trophy
This isn't meant to offend or take away from Henry's accomplishments but I honestly believe Chubb, Fournette, and Cook all would have been Heisman favorites going into the post season if they switched spots with Henry.
UGA, LSU, and FSU don't become contenders switching their guys with Henry, and Alabama is still the best team in CFB with either of these 3 getting the bulk of the carries on that Bama team.
So it does say something about your program actually that Henry was the Heisman winner.

There ain't but one blue blood in the sec brother and they are right where they are supposed to be.

UT is not a blue blood. They are no more successful than LSU.
The SEC has Bama, then 4-5 really great programs.
This.

And yet we have 3 crystal footballs and 3 Heismans.

Like I said, if you don't count LSU or TENNESSEE or UF or UGA, then you can't count Texas or Michigan, etc. as they also haven't won a championship in decade or more

It really sucks for Florida that McElwain took them to the SECCG in his first year. What a terrible coach. They should have kept Muschamp.

They won the SEC East, they didn't have a great season otherwise.
UF
Vs SECE: 6-0
Vs SECW: 1-2
Vs OOC P5: 0-2
So 1-4 outside the east against the power 5
The year is young, we'll see what they can do. Just saying at this time they aren't the program they are capable of perception wise, and on the field last week.
Same for LSU and UT

Michigan is 2nd all time winning pct and 1st in total victories, and yes, they did start before a lot of SEC teams.
Texas has won multiple national titles and is 6th all time winning pct, 3rd total wins if you don't count the Alabama victories the ncaa decided UA should forfeit or vacate.
Tennessee and UGA have won 1 or 2 national titles, I think 1 each. Not enough, anyway, to be counted among blue bloods and that is why they generally are not included when people talk and write about such things.
UF, while they don't have that long history of championships, would absolutely qualify as one of the best programs since 1990, and though they are not that great right now, will be in the longterm. I expect UGA will be, too.

It's all about hardware. Recent hardware

If it's about recent, then you sure can't count Tennessee, because they are 5th in winning pct and 6th in the number of titles in the SEC, since 1970. That's just within the conference.

Other than Bama, not having Saban on their sideline during football games.

I'm counting AP and UPI/Coaches titles or the more recent BCS or playoff titles. Not Farmer's Home Bulletin or any other source. I've heard so many other fans complain about all the various publications that I'm not even talking about those.
edit: Tennessee has 2 AP titles. 1951 & 1998

edit again: But Tennessee was hell back in the 1920s and 30s.
