That is no longer the case. Don’t get me wrong the transfer portal needs to be tweaked. I would not give freshman and sophomores free transfer but would allow juniors and seniors a free pass but the transfer portal has changed CFB and there are multiple teams that can win. No team looked dominant all season this year. All of them have flaws.
