Were they (UK) ever here to be gone so they could be back? I think my poor old late daddy was 7 years old the last time KY was relevant back in 1950.
As for UTk, this happens every year when they beat a couple of sec teams down on their luck. Then reality comes back to town about the middle of October.

Kentucky hasn't beaten a good team all year, hence not being in the top 10 as an undefeated team.
