it really depends on the team and what you expect out of them. if i thought this team wasnt good enough for a nc id say give me the bcs bowl but this team should be a nc team if les benches his son.

I understand what you are saying. Yes this LSU team has a good chance of competing for it all. Miles needs to be on top of his decisions the entire game.

You need a more balanced Offense with a QB who can lead to win. The JJ that showed up at the bowl was pretty good, but consistency is a problem. Is it Mett? Your D I feel will be as good or better than last year. So yea I hear what you are saying in the decision is based on where you think your team is ability wise.

i dont buy into jj will improve. he should have improved last year but he was worse. the JJ pattern is this play well in openers, play well after a bye and play his best in a bowl.

I still think this team is nc worthy though so id say sec title game but like i said once we lose 2 id take the auto bcs game.

its really all about what you expect out of your team and if your ok with losing the sec title game. id rather lose early and win out and win a bcs game getting all kinds of momentum vs lose the sec title

Before the season starts someone says we will give LSU a BCS bowl bid right now or we will make you division champs and a place in the SECCG what do you choose?

That's easy, granted the division strength. I'd take a chance to play for the SEC title all day.
