It should be noted there is a second Whataburger in Brunswick, GA(close to St Simons, perfect for GA/FL.)

I had to drive someone to the hospital the morning of gameday and there was a Whataburger. Made my day about as much as Georgia winning.

It is a MarshallCoTiger family tradition to stop in Clanton at Whataburger and The Peach Park for ice cream on the way home from the beach.

So you have had a toenail from backyard burger and a fingernail in whataburger?

You must have upset some cuticle fairy.

Personally I've never had a good Whataburger experience.

When I lived in Hoover about 10 years ago they had just opened a Backyard Burger close to where I worked. Somebody found a worm (maggot maybe?) in their burger. Haven't even considered trying it since.

And those mentioning Milo's are even more homerish than the Rantards that are always raving about Cane's chicken fingers. Ate once at Milo's and honestly couldn't figure out what all the fuss is about. The fries weren't even very good. They have good ice tee. Yippeeee.

Why are the Whataburger colors the same as the Univ. of Texas colors?

What are these comparable to? Steak & Shake?

Like a Krystal's gut grenade, except bigger. Think SCUD missile pain after you've eaten one.

I haven't had THAT bad of an experience.

Mine fueled around poor service, stale buns, and inadequate condiments(Bad lettuce and mush tomato) . I don't think I'll ever eat there again.

I like Back Yard Burger, but it's probably because ours is franchise owned and In 17 years I've yet to be given an incorrect order or be greeted with anything less than absolute courtesy. The owner does a fine job and is great help in the local community as well. They also have more specials than your regular backyard burger.

I would call it more of an Ok State coloring than Texas. The one in College Station has (or at least used to have not sure any more) a maroon stripe with an aTm at the very front of the building.
