Mizzou - 8-5
TAMU - Bowl Eligibility

Both could play respectably well and end up 7-5. I expect both will be shooting for 8-9 wins.

mizzou 8 wins including a bowl win
a&m no need to ask because they will never get respect

Both better than Ole Miss.

in their first year, a&m and mizzou just need to look like they have the potential to compete in the sec.

So this Baylor fan has a photo with a Georgia logo. Not surprised. You are in Wacko, TX.... Go back to inferior land and chase your fat chicks around campus with burnt orange undies on...

Can't speak for ATM, but for Mizzou I'd break it down like this:
Games I expect to win & will be pi$$ed if we lose:
home vs. FCS school (forget the name)
home vs. Arizona State
home vs. Syracuse
home vs. Vandy
home vs. Kentucky
at Central Florida
So, the good news for Mizzou is thats 6 games right there I absolutely think we win. 6 wins would mean bowl eligibility in our first year in the SEC without (no offense to Kentucky and Vandy) having even really done anything of merit at all.
Games I expect to lose:
at Florida
at South Carolina
home vs. Alabama or Georgia, whoever winds up better this year
In other words, of our 2 home games vs Bama and UGA I just don't see anyway we pull off both of them...if we even win one of the two I will be very, very happy. Coupled with the two road games above that brings us to 3 sure fire losses in my opinion.
So that puts my mythical Mizzou season at a tally of 6-3 heading into the
Swing Games (could go either way):
at Tennessee
at Texas A&M
home vs Georgia or Bama (whichever is the lesser team this year and/or whichever of those two games Mizzou plays the best in)
So, depending on what happens in the swing games I see Mizzou's season ranging anywhere from 6-6 at worst to 9-3 at best. If you go by the mantra that swing games are likely to be a mixed bag, then that puts the likely/satisfactory range for Mizzou's regular season into the 7-5 or 8-4 range. And again I'll emphasize, 6 of those wins would be without really having done anything whatsoever against the SEC "big boys/name programs."

The following amendment, the clerk will read the amendment.
Amendment by Mizzou Fan in Da ATX:
In Craptastically Lame Post by dkeller, on Line 1, Page 1, strike "ran you guys off" and substitute "begged you on our knees to stay and cried like the whiny little bitches that we are when you left".
Mr. Mizzou Fan in Da ATX sends up an amendment, is there objection?
Hearing no objection, the amendment to Craptastically Lame Post by dkeller is adopted.
