Was the gun used to murder an innocent person? If not then loss of property will be sufficient.

Maybe out on bail. He got cut loose because of who he is and you know it.

He and 34 others were released on the same deal. Never had to post bond.

From what I have seen on here regarding Mardi Gras youth carrying weapons was prevalent

But he did not, and he broke the law.

That's is correct and he was arrested and those charges were dropped.

That firearm was not handed off to a friend on/or around 1am who said bring me my gun and then was there when that gun was used to kill a woman.

I'm just glad he didn't give the gun to a homey in order to kill an innocent woman.

This young man carried a gun without apermit in a crowd.

They may not be sure about this now....it's one of the reasons for dropping the charges.

unlike Miller.

Miller gave a gun to a guy that he knew had an issue with a person and was going to confront that person with said firearm.

How can you compare the two. You people in Alabama are fricking sick when it comes to sports. A young lady lost her life and left a kid behind partially because of a poor choice by Miller....unfricking real how sick that makes me.

The only reason he was charged in the first place is JBE vetoed constitutional carry a couple sessions ago. Imagine thinking you should be required to pay a tax and put yourself on a list when the 2A doesn't define possession.

What did Burton get for hitting a girl? I forget

I like to kid about bama fans being cult-like but I have never seen a fan base in such lock-step defense of behavior/judgment/whatever you want to call it that every other sane person in this country finds repugnant.

Malik came to drop toes and felony charges, and he's almost out of toes.

Was he found guilty of breaking any law?

Did anyone get hurt or die?
