when they went for it on 4th down early in the game. They were up 14-7. It's not like SC has an unstoppable offense. It was just dumb to go for it and the play call was even dumber.

I'm no 7 figure coach, but I think they wanted a first down so they could attempt to score more points.

4th and 1 with two good RB's and opting to throw a bomb down field was a weird way to go about it.

It's one thing to be aggressive but another to be reckless. Kind of like when Kiffin goes for it on 4th down all the time. Sometimes you just punt or take the FG and move on.

Didn't mind the decision as much as the play call. They hadn't stopped Tank to less than one yard all night, so the decided to throw to a TE with a Safety cover. I think USC thought that Finley was going to quick kick, so they drop a safety back. Dumb play calling.

Surprised you didn't find a way to bring up Mac Jones.

Did he play today ? Did he increase the number of completions of more than 25 yards to 4 this year. Sorry I missed it.

I've began to wonder about this just in general when it comes to Foose ball

Does he play Defense too. Because that is why the Pats are winning.

As I posted in another thread:
Bobo to himself: “this play call is so stupid, SC will never see it coming.”
Too bad a surprised defender can still follow a receiver running a route.

No, he plays QB..QB's unlike other players have a won/loss record according to how their team does.
Mac is currently 7-4, in first place in the AFC East.
You really don't know anything about football do you?

4th and 1, Tank Bigsby on the bench, massive QB who could probably bulldoze a QB sneak through, and call a 12 yard pass play. If that ain't Mike Bobo football then I don't know what is.

I know they are winning with their Defense and they do not want Jones to throw downfield. He has three completions of more than 25 yards. He has played the easiest schedule in the NFL and has beaten one team with a winning record.
