Ole Miss might cast a vote for a dismissal but Ole Miss will not cast a deciding vote for dismissal.
It requires 2/3 vote, which is 10 votes.
If it was 8 in favor of dismissal, OM will cast a vote to be the 9th (optics). If it's 9 in favor of dismissal, OM would cast a negative vote.
If you don't understand why this is, you're not thinking.

You fail to understand this decision was not taken without knowing the votes ahead of time. The votes are already there.

It would be 15-1 if it gets to a vote. That's how these things work - show of solidarity.
