It would be one thing if the Alabama schools actually packed the stadium. Moving farther west to Memphis would benefit all the schools who actually bring fans, except for South Carolina but frick them

Give us Memphis, SEC. I know it gets a lot of shite but I really enjoy Memphis

Bricktown--where we had the B12 tourney--was sweet. Tons to do--so when the teams weren't playing, you could walk to numerous restaurants and bars. Good airport in OKC, but folks could still drive. Many fans from all the schools came ... and stayed. One of the few things I truly miss about the B12.

Now I'm pretty sure that's the Nebraska game.
Oh well now it makes sense

If they are dead set on having one site Memphis makes the most sense. They should really rotate it though IMO

Memphis would be so great. Autozone is a fantastic park and it is literally right off of Beale street.
I guess it makes too much sense.

Rotating would be the most desirable scenario

Why? The b10 followed their biggest fanbase and the best facilities.
Bama can't even get 4,000 for a night game in Bham. Nebraska has 15k+. Pathetic.

The City of Omaha LOVES some baseball. Went a few years ago and the vast majority of people in the outfield stands were just Omaha natives going to see baseball.

Now that you newbs are in the SEC where exactly is the geographic center of the conference? I know if used to be in Alabama, but I doubt that's justifiable anymore.

Ehhh I dunno about that. A&M UT OSU OU were fairly well represented with a handful of Tech Baylor and Nebraska fans but it was not that well attended

Hmmm ... that wasn't my experience. But I went early on ... maybe that had something to do with it?
