Not even close. The largest is 61-6 over Syracuse in the 1953 Orange Bowl.

Oops. I watched the 30 for 30 on Miami this weekend so that was in my head.

Most of AU's 23 bowl victories have been pretty close games. In fact, this past season's 21-point beatdown of Memphis would tie our 24-3 win over #13 Colorado in the 1972 Gator Bowl for our 2nd largest MOV.

The largest margin, also occurring twice, is 24, most recently the 1974 Gator Bowl, where Shug's #6 Tigers whipped Darrel Royal and the #11 Texas Longhorns 27-3.

I may have missed one, but here is how it looks to me:

55- Alabama vs. Syracuse (61-6) in 1952
51- Texas A&M vs. BYU (65-14) in 1990
39- Tennessee vs. Northwestern (45-6) in 2015
38- Mississippi St. vs. Michigan (52-14) in 2010
37- LSU vs. Miami (40-3) in 2005
32- Florida vs. Florida State (52-20) in 1996
31- Georgia vs. Hawaii (41-10) in 2007
31- Missouri vs. Arkansas (38-7) in 2007
24- Auburn vs. Texas (27-3) in 1974 and vs. Arizona (34-10) in 1968
24- Arkansas vs. Texas (31-7) in 2014
21- Ole Miss vs. Pittsburgh (38-17) in 2012 and vs. LSU (21-0) in 1959
21- Kentucky vs. N. Carolina (21-0) in 1976
17- S. Carolina vs. Ohio St. (24-7) in 2000 and vs. Nebraska (30-13) in 2011
17- Vanderbilt vs. Houston (41-24) in 2014

Texas is a historical rival and we were shitty that year too. Missouri was 12-1 and we were 8-4 that year, plus there's basically zero history between us. Not even close to the same situation.

40-3 over Miami 2005 Peach Bowl
41-14 over Notre Dame 2006 Peach Bowl
38-24 over Ohio State 2007 BCSNCG
38-3 over Georgia Tech 2008 Chick-Fil-A

This is NOT LSU's 4 largest margins of victory but a pretty impressive 4 game stretch
