The only thing Texags has on chicken is they have a job and classified boards which are useful. And boards for discussion in specific cities

Yep. Seems like an easy fix to add a profanity filter like Chicken has done here. I don’t know anything about website design or whatever, but that would solve a lot of issues it seems.

Obviously it’s simple to filter that out. Seems like an intentional choice to not do it. Could be a smart, if not entertaining move

Well, I guess they do technically filter it out. Every “adult” word from shite, to pussy, to frick, etc. just gets the same “*****”

The ITAT side of 247 is good, but it’s a premium board. It has some knowledgeable posters and insiders. But like any board, you have to learn which posters to listen to, and which to ignore. The free board there is worthless.

Out of curiosity, whatever happened to tiderinsider? Is it still around? Does it still use 1995 message board technology? Are the same 20 posters still there simping for Bear Bryant?
