Since EJ is out who replaces him? Does Tony Brown get the start? I heard Minkah is going to play S?

Not as good without Eddie Jackson as it was with him. He was one of a handful of guys we couldn't afford to lose.

I normally don't start drinking this early so I don't comprehend what the hell you're trying to say...

They say it doesn't matter.

saban really cherishes a Senior FS that makes all the calls.

Minkah sliding to safety, Tony Brown sliding to Minkah's spot

It's definitely a concern. Both guys are able to play those positions physically, but I'm still not sold on Tony Brown having it all together mentally and Minkah is in a new spot (though at this point I pretty much trust Minkah with most anything).

Well, I don't expect it to implode, but losing Eddie wouldn't help any team. He was one of our best players.

Minkah at safety now they'll still be solid. We need to run a lot of misdirection run plays, to negate their speed. BTW that is a Saban quote from 2001 at LsU. "Trap and counter a fast defense" . We also need quick passes, and heavy heavy protection for play action passes.

And no Bama fan here has said this. In fact, the opposite.

5 stars everywhere, losing Eddie will hurt more against passing teams.
